2025 Event Guide Information
2025 WDW Marathon Weekend Expo
The 2025 WDW Marathon will utilize the virtual queue for official merchandise on the first day of the Expo, Wednesday Jan 8th. You will join the virtual queue through the My Disney Experience app (the same app you use to view park, hotel, and lightning lane information) at 8:30am, the first groups will be called starting at 10am and you will have an hour to return for your shopping time. - runDisney Unveils Mickey and Friends Medals for 2024 Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend
The event guide says to arrive at Epcot by 4am, but you will want to arrive earlier to be able to check your gear bag and walk to the start. Buses from the Disney World resorts start running at 3am for the 5k and 10k and start running at 2:30am for the half marathon and marathon.
