This weekend happens in April and always has a new theme. The race weekend consists of sunrise yoga, a 5k, a 10k, and a 10-Miler. You can also register for the weekend’s Challenge by running the 5k, 10k, and 10-Miler to earn a bonus challenge medal.

Expo Information
Virtual queue will be used for the Official Merchandise area on Thurs 4/16, the virtual queue will open at 8:30 EST and 1 EST and can be accessed in the My Disney Experience app. When you virtual queue group is called, you will have approximately 60 minutes to get to the check-in at Wide World of Sports.
Sign your event waiver before attending the expo! To sign your digital participant waiver and save time at the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo, you’ll need to log in to your runDisney Account. Select “View & Sign Your Documents” in the important reminders section or select the race weekend from your registrations and sign the event waiver.

Disney Springtime Surprise Yoga Highlights
- One hour yoga experience
- Yoga mat with carrying strap will be provided for each participant at the event
- Bottled Water
- Complimentary Guest parking is provided at Disney’s Hollywood Studios between 4:00 AM – 4:45 AM

- Guests must bring a valid photo ID and completed Yoga Check-In Pass to check-in
- Reminder: Sign your Digital Waiver online
- Check-In Begins at 4:15 AM at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- Parking Lot will open at 4:00 AM
- Security Bag Check will open at 4:00 AM
- Guest must arrive prior to 4:45 AM for Check In
- Guests will be exited from Disney’s Hollywood Studios at the end of the event and a valid Theme Park Ticket and Park Reservation is required to re-enter the park.
- Must be 10 years or older to participate. Children under age 14 must be accompanied by a Guest age 14 or older to participate
- Yoga location is subject to change. Actual location within the activity area is on a first-come, first-serve basis

The 2025 Springtime Surprise will utilize the virtual queue for official merchandise on the first day of the Expo. You will join the virtual queue through the My Disney Experience app (the same app you use to view park, hotel, and lightning lane information) at 8:30am, the first groups will be called starting at 10am and you will have an hour to return for your shopping time.
