Tuesday Tip – It’ll Send You Up The Wall!

Today’s tip is simple, you should try legs up the wall!

This exercise requires that you put your butt up against a wall with your legs straight up against the wall and staying there. Easy peasey.

I love doing this after a long run and literally feeling the blood flowing out of my feet. All that swelling and inflammation just flow out of my lower legs.

Your legs will feel refreshed and relieved!
