Monday: Rest Day - went for a walk to make sure I got to my Fitbit goal and did some circuits of different strength training workouts
Tuesday: 5 Miles
Wednesday: Rest Day - was suppose to run but rain and life got in the way
Thursday: 10 Miles - felt good
Friday: Rest Day
Saturday: 10 Miles - felt great
Sunday: 20 Miles - felt pretty good and pace was decent
Total distance: 45 Miles
I did miss one day of running since Wednesday was rainy and then ended up hanging out with awesome people rather than going for my run. It happens.
